Ranabaali Documentary Series Announced: Never Forget The Truth to Stream on Netflix

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s much-awaited pan-India film Ranabaali is expanding its world beyond the big screen with an intriguing new documentary series. Titled Ranabaali: Never Forget The Truth, the four-part series will offer audiences a deeper look into the history, characters and stories surrounding the upcoming film.

Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, with T-Series presenting the film, Ranabaali is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 16, coinciding with the Vijayadashami festival.

The makers have announced that Ranabaali: Never Forget The Truth will stream as a four-episode documentary series on Netflix. The series promises to take viewers deeper into the world of Ranabaali, while exploring forgotten chapters of history and offering exclusive behind-the-scenes content from the making of the film.

The first episode, titled The Famine We Forgot, will begin streaming on September 28. The second episode, The History We Forgot, will premiere on September 30, followed by the third episode, The Men We Forgot, on October 2. The streaming date for the fourth and final episode, The Last Load, will be announced soon.

According to the makers, history has two sides—one that was told to us and another that was buried and forgotten. Ranabaali: Never Forget The Truth is built around this intriguing idea and aims to bring forgotten truths and lesser-known stories from history into the spotlight.

The documentary will also provide audiences with an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of Ranabaali, giving them an opportunity to understand the scale, vision and creative process behind the ambitious project.

Meanwhile, expectations continue to build around Ranabaali, which brings together Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna under the direction of Rahul Sankrityan. The film is being mounted on a grand scale as a pan-India production and is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on October 16.
